what I eat in a
day I decided to do this video not vlog
style so I feel like it's easier for you
to follow along so let's just jump right
into it before breakfast, I like to have
warm lemon water with apple cider
vinegar just because it's really good at
starting your metabolism like before you
eat new things and it's really good at
detoxing your body it's good for your
skin and stuff apple cider vinegar
doesn't taste great but you get used to
it and then after that, I like to have my
cold brew coffee with almond milk and I
don't add any like sweetener or anything
just because it's like unnecessary you
know I'm saying I don't like to eat
first thing in the morning so I just sip
on those for a little bit before
breakfast first I've been loving
smoothie bowls lately and this is like
my favorite one so I just start with
some water and ice and then I add-in
some frozen berries and half of frozen
banana and then I just put in some
vanilla protein powder some acai powder
and spirulina just blend it up and then
on top, I like granola but the ones of
the stores have so much sugar in them so
I like to make my own so if you guys
want the recipe I'll pop it up on the
screen right now
so I said that and some cacao nibs and
some honey and obsessed with smoothie
bowls right now they're amazing Jim for
lunch I've been loving tuna avocado
toast so I just start with one avocado
and I mash it up and then add a can of
drained tuna and I had some pink
Himalayan sea salt and pepper and a
splash of apple cider vinegar just for a
little bit of flavor and I mix it all
together and then I just put that on top
of two pieces of toasted Ezekiel bread
and then I had some everything but the
bagel seasoning from Trader Joe's I've
been obsessed with it lately I literally
put it on everything but yeah this lunch
is so good and I'm actually keeping
filled for a pretty long time between
lunch and dinner so usually I have like
some fruit or something so today I just
had some watermelon I just like to cut
it in half and just like eat out of it
like it's a bowl kind of feels like
you're eating ice cream but it's like
watermelon so it's like you know guilt
free and stuff not exactly the same
thing but like you know what I mean and
then I've been obsessed with Larabars
for like months now I have them all the
time so today I just had one of the like
blueberry ones most of them have like
four ingredients and they're so good for
dinner I just went ahead and made some
chickpea pasta literally the only
ingredient and this is chickpeas so
while that cooked I just cut up some
peppers and mushrooms and then I added
that with some spinach and sauteed it
with some olive oil pink Himalayan sea
salt and pepper and then once the pasta
was all done I just throw on some olive
oil a little bit of lemon juice and then
just some more salt and pepper and
crushed red pepper flakes just to give
it a little bit of spice and then I just
added my veggies on top it's super
simple and it tastes really good and
it's like really hearty and filling so
that's dinner

my mom and I get home kind of late every
night so we usually eat pretty late so I
try not to eat after dinner but
obviously, everyone gets cravings late at
night so to cut those cravings I usually
have just a cup of tea my favorite for
before bed is the sleepy time tea I've
been having this since I was a kid and
it's just the best you guys seriously
gotta try it and I feel like having a
cup of tea and I just kind of calms me
down and makes me not want to like to eat
my entire house so if you struggle with
eating late at night like I know that's
when I get like really bad cravings try
having a cup of tea
cuz it really does have that song
low-key bumps I hope you guys enjoyed

obviously, I don't eat the same exact
things every single day but that is what
a typical day looks like for me towards
the end of the summer I did end up
getting like really off track and I kind
of gained, quite a few pounds got the end
of the world but I really was not
feeling too great but ever since I
started getting back on track and eating
clean I've been feeling amazing and
combined with going to the gym almost
every day I have lost some of the fat
that I have accumulated let me know if
